Afternoon everyone. checking in for the first time in a few days, but still been behaving myself, so to speak, and its 13th of the month for me. Woohoo! Rock festival this weekend, so I'm hoping to stay on track. I will report back, obviously.Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4

I'm flying back today, not till later, early in the morning UK time. I have managed four AFDs while away, more than I would usually manage on a trip home, and been restrained overall sticking to no more than 3 drinks on any given occasion, but still looking forward to going back to being nearly teetotal when I get back.
I will be updating the thread on the way back but don't know when!

Thank You Cathybird!!!7/16. I had a great AF nights sleep last night. Serious exercise in the gym, a mix of turmeric, garlic, ginger and magnesium supplements seems to be doing the trick!ShaggyXxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.4
