13/15   I'm really pleased.  I've had a hard month, really frantic work stuff, a horse has not been right and my partner's mother has been ill which is super stressful for him as she is 87, she refuses medical attention and is clearly not right.  Eventually got her to hospital and she discharged herself however I had a chat with the cardiologist and we managed to get her back there as she has some rare heart valve infection.  I know she is lonely and scared but my goodness I am so glad we have her in hospital now.    Sorry, bit of a rant, but the reason I'm pleased with my total?  Other than a party day I've stuck with smaller amounts, party day goodness knows how much I drank but other than that no one day has been more than half a bottle  and most days have only been a small glass of wine.  Whilst I would prefer not to drink at all cutting down to this level is a step forwards. I am only to aware it can slide up.

July promises more of the same so I have set myself a low target just to know I can achieve something.
