@maggiem - it’s not boring at all - it’s great that you keep posting through the good times and the bad. It is all to easy to disappear when things aren’t going well on the AF front but I have learnt that the accountability on here helps me get back on the straight and narrow when I have had a bad few days.
15/10 for today please cathybird3 -
Hi each - jolly warm here in Essex! 25 please. having cut down the "Devil's bile" I'm now tyring to cut down sugar, one sugar in a tea is't much but when it's 15 mugs a day...! (Fetches kitchen scales...) 7g of sugar x 15 = 100g a day (near enough), 387 calories! Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!2

Hello, Can I please have 16/21 declaring early for today please @cathybird?. I think that makes me one AFD behind target as I had a couple of drinks on Saturday night at a concert. They were very watered down drinks, but still!!Student loan £5224

11/24 please for yesterday, Tuesday. Yesterday was where not have any wine in was a win as it was such a gorgeous evening. We ate outside but had I had a bottle of wine in I would have been very tempted. There’s sparkling stuff, spirits and beer but it’s wine I wanted. Thanks for the encouragement too @c@cathybird and @sukeyboo. It’s appreciated.1
