+1 for today please. Had a few days this month of looking forward to a drink and having a drink ‘to relax’. Not great thinking for me at all, I don’t want drinking to become a habit again. It’s been a while since it was and whilst drinking never crossed the line into addiction for me, I know what that is like but tbh having been through what I have it just highlights if I am going to drink at all it needs not to become a habit or ‘to relax’.6
