11/10 please for yesterday and today. Very pleased to reach a target, even a low one, for the first time for ages.

Good stuff Maggie, it's not an easy road. Been there etc.  But Toooooday - call the Booze Police - it's 999 days since I've had a drink at home! I gave away some car spares yesterday and the lucky recipient brought me some cans - I've not even put them in the fridge. The cans, not the spares. Can I make 1,000 - well, do ducks float? Are elephants big? Well, yes. That's all for now, pip pip!

Well not an AF day yesterday but I am still pleased. I was at an event and given half a glass of Prosecco for. Toast. However, I then didn’t have any more despite top ups on offer and more importantly didn’t come home and open a bottle of wine with dinner. Success I think even if not an AF day.
