Hello everyone, I have been too long away from this wonderful thread, but I am finally feeling settled and ready to restart my AF diary.If it is not too late @cathybird I would like to declare my “usual” annual target of 1/3 my days AF in 2024, which is modest, I know - 122 days for the year. I might as well be realistic and be in with a chance of achieving it, than to overpromise and feel guilty?For January I would like to have 10 AF days as my goal - I can report 5 so far in the month.
