You’ll want to put it on a low heat setting for your spangly gold sequin number, RobM.
24/28 today for me please, cathybird. I had factored in a couple of non-AF days this month but now I might as well see out the last week or so and make it another complete dry month. Thank you.4 -

24/24 please cathybirdShould beat my target OK but I have my daughter's birthday 28th,and Mr Dusty on 29th,with a combined big bash for them, and GD1 whose birthday was earlier in the week on Saturday,so no way will I reach a gold star month. I did have a few gold stars last year, but this year has been much tougher,I am very happy to get to 25 or 26 days.Remember 2 years ago it was usually 25 booze days,a mere handful of AF. It brought on pernicious anaemia and other bad health effects,so I may have increased my AF days enormously, but have damaged my body probably permanently. Bummer

Gold sequins are just so passé, y'now! It's actually black and silver, a bit Adam Ant but watered down (My descriptive abilities somewhat lack!).
Back on track - 18 AFD's this month. Had a bottle of Nosecco on Saturday, must say it was pretty good! Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!3 -
Good afternoon everyone. I am 25/25, target day, please cathybird. Thank you. X2
