Declaring early, well not really but back home after busy day and won't drink now so 11/15 please. 

I intend to have a drink tomorrow and Sunday but intend to be AF most of next week to get to target 🤞🤞

I had a glass of wine yesterday as people came over. Today I don't want to, so I am declaring early to get to total.

I had a revelation yesterday, as someone I know who is beyond lovely isn't quite as lovely after several drinks. It just shows it affects everyone. I'm not sure why I hadn't noticed before. It makes me extra determined to drink keep control of my own drinking habits.

Good morning, all,877  AFD days excluding Minorca and birthday and 17 I think it is for this month. Early start today. Rehearsal at 10:00 AM and I have stage wear to sort out my. Might even get out  the iron!
