I am back from my little break. It was great to be alone and not have peer pressure to drink. Now the battle begins to moderate alcohol whilst living with a heavy drinker. I have changed my mealtimes so I eat earlier as evenings are when most alcohol is consumed
I finished August on 18/21 but that's gone now so it doesn't matter.
I am AF today and yesterday so 2/15 please for September please @cathybird :)
