Not doing well returning to AF days after being away. However, managed to get 2AFDs due to circumstances really so will try and aim for 10 in July with the hope of for once achieving target, so 2/10 please Cathybird.4

As the Fab. Four would sing,, ''Good Day,Sunshine''. Bring on my smiling sun19C at 8 am is pretty warm here on the breezy northeast coast.7/25 please cathybird.GD6 was 3 yesterday, lots of visitors, and used up the last 2 bottles of wine I had from Xmas. With many of the family now driving and 3 granddaughters now having children of their own,the drinking has died off to a great extent, them not wanting to risk their little ones. Also now with the growth spurt in the family - 7 little'uns added in the last 7 years! - my little house is just too small for the whole tribe,we congregate more often at my son's bigger house. I dont have to buy lots of liquor for visitors, which is a big bonus too!
.I am no longer buying alcohol for myself, and since xmas,my birthday, mother's day, wedding anniversary are all past history for this year now, there should be much less whiskey in the house. I could get up to 5 bottles for my birthday or whatever. And if it was there,I had to drink it.

2/18 for yesterday please. It's been holiday week and today is not alcohol free. Target might still be doable though; we shall see.4

I hadn't realised I'd not even posted this month yet! Very busy at work but at least I've been (mostly) too busy to drink. I did manage to go a works do and only have one small glass of wine which is definitely a first but I was cross with myself for spoiling an AFD. Anyhow, 6/20 so far this month Cathybird please.5

Hi all, a good Friday night gig - what fun! We get to the venue - our box of leads is 30 miles away.... Our two girl singers went to the 'loo' (girls always go in pairs!) and were both propositioned by the same lady "I want to love you both at once!" - rock'n'roll, eh! They politely declined. Noisy audience, they made more noise than we did! I call them "happy drunks" - all well-behaved although some anti-beer-spillage gyroscopes were obviously faulty!
Got to bed 0340, Dinner The WonderCat announced 10 minutes later he wanted to go out (he's very vocal). Oh joy. Got up at 07:00 so a slow day yesterday.
To the point though - 9/30 and fast approaching 800 AFD (EMAB) in a row!
(*EMAB - excluding Menorca and birthday do).Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!5 -
Hello!!
I have tried and failed at this so many times but here I am again with the aim to not drink alcohol for a good few month for the sake of my bank balance as well as the waistline.
I returned from holidays last night so I'm late to start the month so could I join with
23
alcohol free days this month please.
Declaring early with 1/23 today please4
