Drat! Blast! Curses! I'm 2nd in the Annual challenge! Hmph. Menorca to blame but on schedule for the 350 AFD annual target. 4/30 for today please. Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!5

Good morning, I am checking in early as well - 3/10 for me please.
@RobM99 I once got told on this thread that it is not a competition (and anyway, if it were, I would be bringing up the rear not elbowing the champions)…..5 -
Not a competition but anything that motivates must be good. Wanting to be "top if the league" works for me and I'm grateful for that. This thread has saved me £000s and certainly improved my wellbeing. Tea time!AllNightDiner said:Good morning, I am checking in early as well - 3/10 for me please.

We all have different targets and are aiming for different things. Whatever works for you though Rob! Personally I like having a bit of leeway to have a drink when I go out with friends and when I'm on holiday

5 so far please.
June was a major struggle and July didn't start too well either although I've not fallen back into doing the destructive stuff I have been struggling with over working and the type of thought processes which don't help. Little better start to the week and putting more effort into recovery and mindset again.8 -
Nice to see you on this thread @alt80 - we are all rooting for you.7
