Committing early again. 10/14 please Cathybird. I was in a really petty mood yesterday morning. I think part of the reason was knowing I'd decided not to drink booze that day. As the day went on I was glad I didn't especially when two of my family got into a 'discussion' (no we're not arguing) that was definitely horrid for me in the heat after a nice lunch. I'm glad I was sober as I could have inflamed things if wine had loosened my tongue.5

Hello everyone!
Back from my week in the sunshine in Mallorca.. it was a lot more difficult than the week in Cornwall on holiday but I'm very proud to say I stayed alcohol free for the whole time! It was actually really lovely to wake up each morning without a hangover and sit outside and enjoy a coffee before everyone else woke up.
So I am day 26 for this month please, and my current streak of AF days is at 50!
