A very rare AF Saturday for me so 4/15 please.

7 please. Had a rubbish day fixing my car then finding more things to fix. Ended up having to get 2 new brake caliper as the seals had gone on both of them. At least I found them when I wasn't do 70mph on the M1.

Morning, good dep' gig last night, didn't know about it until last Tuesday.   14/30 for me and fishy day!

11/21  I did drink. I'm coming to the uncomfortable conclusion that alcohol does not really agree with me.  I had 4 glasses of fizz.  slept badly and I wok up feeling less than stellar.  I also missed going out with a neighbour.   It is book club later this week and I've decided to take some chamomile tea bags with me to avoid drinking the inevitable wine with book club chat.

13/26 for me today please.. the halfway mark! Enjoyed an AF spritz yesterday in the sunshine.. couldn't really tell the difference to be honest!
