24 please.Ever feel like the world (or god or whatever) is laughing at you? Got cheesed off with not losing any weight so ate cake, chocolate and had a massive curry. Lost 3lbs!!! I'm going on the curry and chocolate diet, it seems to work.Nothing to see here, move along.7

Didn't drink yesterday so had my first AF weekend of March. Was very tempted as I had my first panic attack since December, still can't shift the anxiety feeling this morning but I know it will pass.

Pleased to be back on the wagon after a few days away. Enjoyed sharing a bottle with DH over dinner but nothing excessive.
Target day today and hope to get a few more in before the end of the month.
