Good afternoon and happy Mothers' Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, aunts and those with caring roles. 
I haven't been able to see either of my two today but I have received cards and flowers and my husband has taken me out for lunch. I passed on the 'champagne' offered to Mums and had a chocolate brownie instead, much better 😋.
I won't drink now so 19/25 please cathybird. Thank you. X

Currently on 15/28, so not going to reach my target this month. still not drinking midweek but conscious not let the habit wriggle its way back in. 5k run tonight.

We're away for a few days from tomorrow so unlikely to be back on the wagon until next week.  Drinking will be  moderate though and still plenty of month left to get to target (and beyond) when I get back. 😊
