Hi all just received a Parking Charge letter from the above, GroupNexus
The incident was at Westgate shopping centre Basildon, 13/12/2022. Seems I parked for 2 hours 20 minues in a 2 hour maximum place, I paid my £1 on exit as prompted by the machine. Seems that surface parking is 2 hours max, multi-storey is all day, I was surface. I don't deny the 2hours 20, my mistake.
Date of issue on the letter is 21/12 2022 so that's 9 days lost just because of the post.
I can copy the letter tomorrow and post here.
What is my best plan of action please?
Thanks in advance.

Use the below. Wins every time in this situation. Nothing else, nothing more.this is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw3

Easy as pie.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have a Nexus PCN also thats outside the 14 days but the Issue Date on the letter is a lie and from almost 2 weeks away.
Im confused by the PCN in this thread non POFA compliant? The Date of Issue was within 14 days so what basis can this be appealed?0 -

Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP.
If that fails, use Grizebeck's words and process exactly as quoted above.
