Good customer service from VAX.

I purchased a Vax Blade 4 in April 2022 and had a minor problem with the power head after just a few weeks.  The head still worked but the felt strip had come loose at one end.  I contacted them to check that it would be OK to glue it back on and that wouldn't affect the warranty if I had problems later.  They actually sent out a new head and told me to keep the old one.  Fast forward to early December and the battery died.  Once again I spoke to customer services who sent out a new battery.  A couple of weeks later I received an e-mail saying they had despatched a new battery and, sure enough, another one arrived a couple of days later.  I e-mailed them to let them know and had a reply saying it was an error on their part, thanked me for informing them, and saying to keep the battery.
