Maybe that is the last four digits of the reference that can be used in RM tracking.  As there are only three possibilities it might be worth sending a message to all three quoting the four digits to see if anyone puts their hand up to using insufficient postage or the wrong service.

Custardy is the one to tell us if the four digits relate to the tracking number.

At least you know which parcel is now outstanding.  

Did your seller upload a tracking number once they shipped?  If not you can request they do this - eBay strongly encourages sellers to upload tracking

and if the seller purchased their postage through eBay then the tracking number will automatically appear if you click on the transaction on eBay.

The 4 figures will be the item reference number used internally within the Royal Mail delivery office.

If the 3 items were purchased via eBay, check your eBay purchases for tracking information and track each one. The one on hold pending postage payment will show up when you track it.
