Hi
i've just looked at the ford 3 year fixed cash isa and it mentions that they accept s&s and cash isa transers in,
but looking at the savings champion site to compare rates they say ford does not accept transfers in.
Is this a mistake by savings champion or am i missing something ?
thanks

Ford accept transfers in - electronic application available during the ISA application plus a form for any further transfers in the window
You should always go by the t&cs on a bank's / bs own website2 -

If you locate the Ford 3 year cash ISA on this site, and click on 'view further details', you can see that these transfer are allowed.1 -
Thanks for the link,
one last question, apologies if it's been asked before.
If i open a fixed cash isa today and have 21 days to fund the account what happens if i send the s&s isa transer form off
and it takes longer than 21 days for the stocks to be sold (some sites quote 30 days to sell stocks) will the provider still put
the cash from the sale into my new isa even after the window has shut?
thanks0 -
Probably, but that's a question for Ford.kippo1 said:Thanks for the link,

You could sell the stocks yourself, so the cash is available straight away.kippo1 said:Thanks for the link,
