I'm down £20 on my total. The piece of work that I thought would pay £100 only pays £80 .... still £80 is a bonus but it made me laugh to post a reverse trend on here. Total now £237.20Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!3 -
@Watty1 I like C cat and toluna. I've done well on both in the past few weeks. Toluna is a slow burner but the points add up and I got a £20 Am voucher in 5 days last week.

I do prolific and panel base; I like that PB offers product testing from time to time, I am now waiting for a month's worth of dishwashing products to be delivered for a test.
I tried swagbucks again this weekend and I'm waiting for a £5 amazon voucher now (it was 50% off), but I don't think I will continue with them as I get screened out much too often. Same for qmee, can't get past the screening stage.

Watty1 said:My total has stalled because life has taken over but I'm wondering about survey sites. A few of you are making nice little amounts and after seeing how much time I spent "on hold" on calls last week, and sitting in waiting rooms I could maybe add these. Would anyone like to share some ideas to a non survey person? Or point me in the right direction please?
You'll find most of us would rate Prolific as probably first choice because you get the survey and you don't get kicked out of it! Sometimes you can wait a while to get something though, but I favour that then sitting on Qmee for 2 hours starting 15 surveys and not ending up with a penny. That said, for me, when things were so bad I didn't have a spare penny, I would persevere with Qmee and made just enough for what I needed to pay a direct debit as you can cash out into Paypal straight away.
Others are recommending Toluna (not tried it yet! - I must do this!) and Curious Cats (again, not tried it!) I am also on the YouGov as they email you when you have a survey, but seems to take ages to get up to an amount you can collect!!
The other thing I've been doing is moving around my supermarket shopping and collecting cashback and first time customer deals. And of course, if you haven't switched bank accounts already, First Direct (very quick to pay out!) have £175 to switch offer on still too.
