Expecting to finish a couple of the mini masks this week as well.

    Another 2 UU's to report:

Skin & Me Daily Doser - this is ok, I use it every other night rather than every night.  Think I'm at the maximum prescription now and it does the job but might be looking to switch to a different retinol / retinal product once the latest one is finished.

TBS Coconut Body Milk - this was a travel size, they don't sell it anymore and I can see why.  It's literally like smearing coconut milk from a tin on your body.  After eventually sinking in, it did keep my skin soft but was just a bit annoying to use.  Have replaced with their mango body yogurt.

Uu The Inkey list Kaolin mask. Not a fan of this. It never dried and I never saw results. WNBA.

I'm 2 items away from Pan Over Purchase for skincare and intend to order the Kiehls mask when I reach 25 items. Have a cleanser and moisturiser cut open so hopefully soon.

I'm also intending to re order the Ordinary Cleanser. At the moment it's not available on the John Lewis site and if it's not when I order the mask I'll ask Emma to order it from ASOS for me as she has free next day delivery. Will have to order soon as she is going travelling at the end of February for 3 months.

  • Finished a shampoo and a conditioner for coloured hair.  They both took forever to use and I'm glad of the space in the shower.   Nothing special but they did the job.

Yves Rocher menthe face wash.  I loved it.  Fresh smelling and gentle.  It was a huge bottle and I'd buy it again.

YSL minature lipstick.   It broke off.  No great loss, the colour was funny.  It looked coral but was like a soft pink on.  No real colour either sort of like a balm.

Lancome gwp moisturizer regenergie multi action.   It didn't really do much but kept my skin soft.

Be Kind facial wash.  Full size tube.   Kept in the shower and it washed my face, nothing special.

February we are on holiday, so hopefully I'll clear out some minatures .

I do have a mystery in coming on Tuesday.   I'd bought a full size perfume (Wild Geranium) on line from Estee Lauder.  The promised gwp never arrived and it was an expensive purchase.   I got an email telling me that they were very sorry and something was coming my way.

I'm wanting to get a perfume called Neiges.  I've checked the duty free price and it's more expensive there than at my local drugstore.

Hope it's a decent replacement for the missing GWP @wondercollie!

Have a few more UU's from the weekend:

Lush Crystal Snow Ballistic - the last of the christmas bath products have gone.  Loved the scent on this and the milky water that is quite moisturising

Missha Lemon Sheet Mask - have 3 more of these to go and they give a nice shot of moisture to the skin

Glossier Balm dotcom mini - this was ok but won't be buying the full size as didn't feel like it actually moisturised my lips that much.  Back to the Nuxe Reve de Miel for me

  • A few INS at the end of the month:

    • Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Oil Control Setting Powder - Natural Ivory: Was a bit of a muppet with this one!  Had a weekend away visiting rellies, and I'd packed mine in my bag, and then before leaving for the weekend I swizzed a bit on my face to tidy myself up, and then, rather than put it back in my bag, on auto-pilot I put it back where it lives.... on my dresser.... doh!  Can't NOT have face powder for a weekend away, so at Kings Cross I ran to Boots and grabbed this.  I prefer the transluscent version usually, but beggars can't be choosers- it was literally the ONLY ONE LEFT, and luckily it was a fairly light shade (Natural Ivory) so shouldn't look too bad.
    • ORLY Nail Polish - Feel The Funk: Total weakness in Superdrug last week.  Trying to buy a house, and had a v stressful, rage-inducing week with it last week, and I guess I needed cheering up.  I saw it- it's pinky purple and holo-sparkles and its just soooooooooooo pretty- I literally picked it up and went to the till, no thought or resistance whatsoever- it was just coming home with me and that was that apparently.
    • Collection- Gloss Me Up lipgloss tube in Pink Fizz: I got two of these as presents for my neices cos they're cute, fun and sparkly.  I may have also got a backup for myself, cos it was one of my fave purchases last year- I love it, it's so fun!

    IN-a belated birthday GIFT
    • Beauty Bay- Dark Fantasy eyeshadow palette:  A Late birthday present.  All lush grungy colours, so won't be my every day makeup, but a lovely addition esp as the quality if great with BB eyeshadows!  Have used it a couple of times already.

Month tallies (as finally been paid thank god!)
    • INS: 22 (7 gifts, 10 replacements, 5 unnecessary: £126.40)
    • Out: 17 (14 full size, 3 travel/mini)
    • Totals: +5 INS, buuuuuut if we exclude gifts/with gift money, I finished the month with 2 less items
Not my greatest month, MANY INS, but a lot were gifts/with gift money so I don't feel too terrible about it.

Next month shouldn't be too bad, as I had a lot of core items run out that needed replacing this month, and I don't think I have much that will specifically need replacing in Feb.

I threw away another lip product yesterday- Bite Beauty lip crayon in Glacé. Another product I've been hanging onto for sentimental reasons only. I bought this on our last family trip to Orlando which took place when Emma was in college. She has since spent 4 years at Uni and graduated in 2020 so this product is roughly 7 years old. I bought it after seeing it raved about on YouTube. The colour never looked right on me. Was dark and looked gothic rather than the Mauve it should have looked. Pulled it out this week to try again and the colour does look good but it has that crayon taste that means it's gone off so it's going.

I think I may have 2 last empties today so am going to either report my totals later or tomorrow.
