Do you have a lot of debt?  That will have an effect on how much you can borrow.

Use your deposit to settle the credit cards.
£300 for energy!!! That doesn’t look right - I know it’s expensive but that is far too much.

Ok maybe it would be a little cheaper but even so
my budget and outgoings aren’t feasible it’s looking like I can’t do this at all on my own

In that case, I'd advise getting those paid off before you start taking on more debt. And that can be difficult but is very very worthwhile - if you can get to a place where you're not forking out monthly on high-cost interest for previous spends, you'll be in a much better place.
Take a look through the threads on "debt free wannabe" here, have a think and maybe ask for advice on a thread there as well if you feel the need.
I would think sorting credit card should be a priority whether you are able to get a place of your own or not.

You should be able to afford plenty in Liverpool. A quick search on houses with at least 2 bedrooms under £100k gives over 200 results… and putting aside legal fees, taxes etc you’d theoretically be able to afford properties up to £185k (salary x 4.5 plus deposit)

    Mortgage - 400
    council tax - 150
    energy -300
    sky and Wi-Fi - 100
    credit cards - 100
    phone - 35
    gym - 50
    food - 300
    Petrol - 150
    insurance - 30

    £1615 and I need a new car

    i get paid £1860

The credit cards have already been discussed. You don’t need Sky and even fibre bb won’t cost you £100/month. Your mobile phone could be reduced and do you really need a gym membership? In fact do you need a car? When mine died after I bought my first home I couldn’t really afford to replace it and luckily there was a car club with cars within east walking distance of my flat so I joined that instead of buying a new car.

There are quite a few things missing from your budget though. The SOA is good starter for ten to see what your budget might look like.

Of course, and I appreciate that, it's really tough out there. But that "100" rang a bit of an alarm for me. The money you spend on interest each month is lost - if you can kill that cost, it stays in your pocket.
And hopefully bit by bit you can improve your outlook.
I've gone a bit DFW there, but that kind of discipline can help. Will help.
It doesn't mean you can suddenly afford your own place, just shifts the odds a bit more in your direction

Your food bill is quite high for one person, half that could be done.  You seem to be putting obstacles in your way. If you really want a property you will strive to get one.  What about a casual, part time job for a few years to help with the costs?  Anything you can do about the car as they are very expensive items to have, how are the busses in Liverpool?
