I've got my pay slip emailed today which shows my new pay rise. It's not a huge amount but I'm happy £62 is better than nothing! My pay day is Wednesday, although this money is all accounted for in this month's budget. A big chunk of my wages - £500 is going towards the eldest's car insurance renewal. She does have a part time job so we've asked her to pay the extra over £500. She could afford to pay it all herself, but she's saving like mad for uni and a summer trip. I see it as an investment as she runs the youngest here there and everywhere for me. It's great value at less than £10 a week for her taxi services.Hubby and I have done a couple of little annoying DIY jobs, three loads of washing and good general tidy up and sort out. I've had to stick the tumble drier on for the underwear and bits. I've got 2 clothes airer up to dry the heavier bits in front of the fire, trying to save the electric bill.I managed to get a couple more bits listed on ebay late last night. I've sold another item today so wrapped it ready for when they send the payment. It's only finsihed at £3.99 so not huge amount, although using my free stamps will boost the profit.I've only been to the garage and bins today, so it's another much needed NSD. Waiting for the eldest to come home for a full roast dinner, bath then early night ready to see what next week brings. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

That's annoying, I don't know how they profile people. I think i'm at the midlife age where they're interested. There's not been many of PA and to be honest I got fed up with the other sites. I do check every day at least once when I get a few minutes, but not had anything for ages. It's annoying as I've going £3.70 sat waiting to be cash out, but the min is £5
I'm 56 lol so maybe a tad too old lolDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot1 -

Well i've been a busy bunny today and finished my tax return and according to HMC&E I should get £663 back. I'm chuffed to buts as that will almost take my loan under 3k. Need to double check how I'll get it back as i didn't fill in my account details as normal and system has a glitch to request it back.I need to get some fuel and a choc bar for colleague at work today, so all budgeted. Dinner is sorted sweet & sour chicken, but may need another loaf of bread. Other than that, it's another boring Monday at work! Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

Have come to bed with horrendous headache. Think sinuses are playing up again abd the extreme cold doesn't help.
Both cars filled up £40 & £52 from budget
Bread, milk, choc bar & biscuits £8 (not in budget)
Need to get a grip on the food spending or next two weeks will be minimal spending. I get paid on Wednesday, but it's all budgeted on other spending. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230 -
