Meal planning and food shop completed. Was a bit more expensive this week, but need some cleaning bits and dog food. Spent ££77.29 in Aldi and £10.30.Hubby had a days leave today, so he treat me to a beautiful full english at the local gaden centre. It wasn't cheap, but a real treat just the two of us after hustle and bustle of the last few months. Can't remember the last time we did anythng like this. Will come out of our Misc budget this month, but enjoyed it more than a takeway or trip to the pub. £27.60 spentNews back from the phone trade-in company and apparently the screen is lighter and darker in places. I hadn't noticed and am bit annoyed, they've only offered £40. Spoke to hubby and my gut was to say no return phone, but what will i do with it? It'll sit in a drawer with the rest of the clutter, so i've accepted the offer and will stick it in the Xmas 1-500p challenge account. It's still £40 more than i did have, but annoying when the offer was £166. I have queried with them as I had a 10% boost code and extra £5 if it was sent within 5days....will see what they say. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

Lazy day today but I've listed a couple more bits on FB and eBay. I've got so much to sell it's overwhelming the stack in the garage. I'm trying to do at least be thing a day.
Failed my NSD today as needed bread and sandwich fillers, as the teenagers have been hungry this week. £9.35 spent but it's rounded up to £10 in chase. That's me blown my £100 food budget this week. Will be clawing it back next week with a low meat buying week to keep cost down and maximising my meal planning from food in the house. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230 -
Pottering morning tidying and cleaning out a couple of kitchen cupboards. Had a good sort out and will take all the random flavoured teabgas to work so they'll get used. I'm going to spend the afternoon ironing in front of the tv.I've sent my first additional payment to my loan today £50 off the balance which takes it to £3894.88I've listed an item on ebay and couple of free bits on facebook and the great sort out continues. I sold the item i listed on FB yesterday and the lady collected it this morning, so another £10 in the 1to500 challenge. Coloured in 480,479 & 41 boxes.Had a quick double check on the amount i've saved so far and it's £128.99 (not £129) so update signature. Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230

Back to work after a lovely lazy weekend and it was manic. Crossing off the days until it's Friday.
Hubby needed 3 prescriptions today, so we've bought a quarterly card in case he needs more. £30.25 spent which wasn't budgeted or planned, so it will come from our misc budget. Only other spending was £4. It was one of my work mates birthday so I got her a bar of choccy and a small cake.

Thanks SueP19, it's building up quite quickly which is great for my motivation. I'm still waiting for my mobile trade in payment, which should be due any day. Surveys have been mega slow since New year and I'm waiting on hitting £5 to cash that out.
