It can all be done electronically (Fidelity to iWeb) so no need to print and post the transfer form.
Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.
It's many £k on the line😲
I have literally just done the same (although from Vanguard to iWeb). Many many £ks on the line. I did the transfer while I was on the phone with them - and I gotta say - the lady couldnt have been more helpful! She even said that I could do partial pre-year transfers if I wanted! You cant do these using the website, they have to manually edit the form their end to make this happen. I was tempted to do this, but tbh she gave me so much confidence that I made a full transfer.
She said I could phone her later if I wanted to make sure it had submitted onto their system properly. She also said Ill get a letter in the post confirming the transfer request, and that transfer take between 1 - 3 weeks. (but she said that she's had cases where its only taken 1 or 2 days!).
Anyway, anyone else that doesnt have much confidence in the website I suggest phoning them.2 -
Just received the telephone PIN in the post.
So I wouldn't have been able to ring them without that anyway!!How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
I've phoned them twice and neither time did they ask for digits from my PIN, maybe they only use it as an extra security measure if they deem it necessary, bit pointless otherwise!1

Has anyone tried to do this from Hargreaves Lansdown? I selected them from the drop down box as the ISA provider and got a pop up stating that HL could do this electronically and there was no need to post a form. However, at the end of the process I was told to send the form in by post. I haven't had any form of acknowledgment that I have a transfer request/transfer pending, and of course they are closed today.0

It sounds like that "request to post" is standard blurb, superceded by the pop up.
I printed/saved the form for my own records.
I went back in (as if another transfer) and double checked the pop up wording (and took a screenshot) just to make sure I'd read it right. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)1 -

It probably takes a bit longer as it involves a share class conversion.
What am I likely to see first?
The ISA disappear from Fidelity?
Show as a pending transaction?
Or arrive at iWeb?How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -

So far Ive had no correspondence from either (apart from the initial emails). So I guess theyll just confirm once the transfer has fully completed.1
