MerryChristmas Forumites. Having a nightmare with this company. Customer service seems non existent. Want £300 call out fee to fix  a radiator or maybe its the thermostat!!! Or send us the thermostat with a cheque for £50 and we'll see if we can fix it Though we don't use those. old fashioned thermostats anymore(it's 6 years old). Does anyone have a suggestion to help me get my bathroom warm again without having to deal with these money grabbing incompetents?

Just buy a new electric radiator, not an expensive Fischer one.  All electric radiators give the same efficiency so go for the cheapest that fits and looks OK.
