Yes, if they arrive you need to contact them to arrange return if you do not want them.

And if I do want them, shall I offer to make a new payment?  But will it be too late if they have really applied to courts?
I would not arrange any payment until you know the chargeback has not been reversed. 45 days, but can take longer for bank to advise you.
Other wise you could end up paying twice.

TBH. Even if you do want to keep. I would send them back given the way you have been treated & shop elsewhere. Perhaps talk to hospital or local charity where they source them from.
Then leave a nice factual review on Trustpilot & Google.

Hi folks! Another person who was unaware of this companies dodgy behaviour, until I had the misfortune of trying to buy something from them this year

I ordered two small items for my little kid who has sensory issues. Not expensive. But was trying to order from a small UK business instead of Amazon (massive mistake!)

Items were scheduled to arrive within 3-5 days (only postal option available). This was mid March.

After a week, I chased up and asked for tracking info. The company said they'd arrive within 3-5 days... Which obviously they had not. They were then white rude and refused to provide tracking. I then looked at reviews (yikes!) And emailed cancelling the order as the goods had not arrived/ would not arrive in time. Went and bought item elsewhere (for less money). Heard nothing. Posted a review. They flagged the review (but still didn't comment on anything, or send refund). Got the review unflagged and raised dispute with Visa. Visa refunded. Heard nothing for ages. Then they tried to flag my review this week (again) and appeal the chargeback (still not contacting me at all, last email was 'hello' and nothing else on 7 April. We're now in mid May. Bank agrees with me, review site agrees with me.

Today they send me a threatening email saying I owe them the cost of the items ordered (and never received) plus a fine as per their terms and conditions. And I need to pay the fine now or additional costs will be added and they'll go to county court.

Obviously this is threatening nonesense. Though who know what this shady company may try.

I am baffled, given how bad they are, that they remain trading!

Also, apparently they were on Watchdog, but have had any videos on YouTube and Facebook blocked in the UK!

If they put half as much energy into actually sending people items they bought and having professional customer services as they do in trying to suppress any negative reviews or comments about them... They'd be almost ok. But really they are super dodgy and absolutely prey on some of the most vulnerable consumers in the UK.
