I'm using Facebook on my Chromebook and am puzzled. I go to read a post in a group I've joined, and I read maybe 3 comments. It then says for example "View 16 more comments". When I click on that, nothing happens except it then says under that "Write a comment".
My Googling of this issue tells me the solution is to turn off comment ranking, but that is turned off. Can anyone please suggest a solution?

If you click on Top Comments or All Comments or Most Recent and change that to All Comments you will see all 16 comments (assuming none have been deleted).
You might find most of the rest are just tags from people wanting to share with friends.2 -

It can also be peoples comments that you have blocked or they've blocked you or the poster deleted the comment but it still shows in the count.1
