It let me open a claim on the 29th December, and then on the 30th December the tracking oddly updated again, but is still saying "processed at hub". Does this mean they have found my parcel?!? Or am I being overly optimistic and it has only changed because it is now being investigated?
At what point will they decide the parcel is lost?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If it gets handed to DeutschePost then much can go wrong. Usually regarding the customs declarations (Even when they are not wrong).
I do not know who Evris partner is in Germany but would suspect it is DeutschePost.
For Royal Mail I send packages all over Europe and Germany is the only country I have issues with at handover of postal systems.
I think they took Brexit more to heart than any other country.2 -
It's how they deal with all non EU post. It is a result of Brexit but they don't treat the UK any differently to other non EU countries (there are some non EU countries that have customs agreements with the EU) as far as imports go.superbigal said:

As far as I'm aware each EU country sets their own customs rules for non EU countries.
