Hello
The Everest Formula is something I've only just heard of and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.
It claims to have produced a compound annual growth rate of 34.8% since 2000 but I'm not going to automatically accept that this is the truth.
It involves investing in up to 10 stocks at a time and updating your portfolio on a weekly basis.
It focusses on American stocks which obviously makes it harder or even impossible in the UK to invest in some of them depending on which platform you're using.
It also means that with a platform like Hargreaves Lansdown, an investor could be spending as much as £240 a week in dealing fees.
Does anyone have any experience with the Everest Formula or have heard anything about it?
Thanks

Brings to mind the phrase' If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is '

  • Hindsight is a wonderful thing and could certainly be used to find an investment strategy that would have done well "since 2000".  How long has this scheme actually been running for?

This is what I was thinking. I've looked online and there is practically nothing about it.
This is odd given that it claims to significantly outperform Warren Buffett.

Yes. I think this could well be what they have done.
I've no idea how long it's been running for but they only joined Twitter in April 2021.
I think that says it all.
There's very little about it online - just a few reviews and their Twitter page has 59 followers.
No one seems to have heard of this miraculous investment strategy.
    Very strange...
