Resolver no longer valid for CISAS / CEDR complaints.

I've had successes in numerous cases where objection were made by the telco under Rule 2.2.3 of CISAS (i.e. no complaint was made because resolver is considered a third party).
However, CISAS has now changed its positions and even when complaints are acknowledged by the service provider, they are no longer considered valid.
This also conflicts with OFCOM complaint rules.
Looks like they are going down hill like the FOS and OS did years ago.
