They're only going to pass it down the ranks when they start reading it.... I'd advise to just send it in to T-Mobile and take it from there. A letter would probably work better too. :beer:** Mobile Phones.... I'm here to help **0

good luck T mobile Exec customer liasion office are hopeless... I know
offered me £50 discount off an upgrade for denying me a upgrade for 4 years although I signed a 12 month contract in 1999 work that one out! thinks im going to ofcom a complaint so try that but dont hold your breath!If I helped or saved you money - Thank me

As mike_wall15 says, a letter would be much more effective, and would go to the people that deal with this sort of thing. Spam email to the wrong person isn't going to be very helpful.0
