    Enough's enough!  I reached the end of the road with British Gas, have moved to Ovo - would have switched even if the cost was higher!

    Sorry for delay in responding.  I was with them before, they are very user friendly and helpful. They didn't disappoint was switched within 48 hours.   I also received a £50 credit for switching. 

    All energy companies offer similar prices at the moment.
