Unfortunately she admitted to our mum that she was actually going out everyday by herself even though she was claiming psychological distress and had exaggerated her daily living difficulties (very successfully I might add, I believed she was housebound) based on the new info, she has no chance of getting an award...so I will not be recommending she does a Mandatory Reconsideration. Thanks everyone.7
