Email sent but still not as of this morning received a reply. The post on the Template defence thread say you must get an acknowledgment back straightaway or is it not submitted. Do I just keep resending the email?
Meanwhile I am going to post the physical copy this morning by whatever is the fastest most secure method.0 -

ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk assuming this was going to Civil National Business Centre.2 -
Yes that is the email address I sent it to, copied directly from a thread on here. Should I resend?
Already posted the letter with special delivery - didn't want to leave that to chance.0 -
Try emailing it from a different email address. Maybe a work one if allowed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here's a very silly question. When the form N180 asks for what County Court hearing centre I want, I used the government site and it offered all sorts of different options including some in provincial towns nearby. I'd assumed that I'd need to put down the nearest County Court but can I actually put down one of these smaller provincial court buildings if they are on the Gov.uk site?0

You put down your nearest county court for work or where u live etc2

Hi all,
I emailed my DQ to "DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk" AND received an automated acknowledgement on 24/9/24. But when I look at the Moneyclaim website the claim history just says:Your defence was received on 30/08/2024
DQ sent to you on 18/09/2024
DQ filed by claimant on 18/09/2024Is this normal that my DQ is not showing on there? It was due tomorrow.

You might want to phone the CNBC - number on your Claim Form and ask them what's going on.
Although I can't see that you have anything to worry about as you have proof of returning the completed DQ.3 -
Have spent half an hour hanging on the phone listening to musak and an automated voice reading out URLs before I gave up. Hopefully KeithP is correct as I do have the email confirmation.1
