I'd go for the screwfix based on price, they're all the same.
Wicks one looks much thicker - 25mm(?)

Much thicker at 25mm? Screwfix is 28mm.

Screwfix link fits a 28mm pipe and has a 13mm wall. Wickes link fits 15mm pipe and has a 25mm wall. No idea why the op linked to different pipe sizes.

Screwfix is 28 external diameter, not thickness, I think.
Just look at the pictures - and I have both types in my loft. Internal diameter is the same

ETA: I checked - mine are approx. 65 and 40 (external diameter) for 15mm pipe.

Had a check this morning and apparently  there is a bit of a backlog with deliveries at the moment so might be worth going to one of your regular suppliers and have a nosy.

Pipe insulation is usually specified on the basis of pipe diameter x wall thickness x length.

So 28x13x1 would be insulation for a 28mm diameter pipe, with 13mm of insulation, and 1m long.  The external diameter would be approx (13+28+13)=54mm

For 15mm pipe some of the common sizes have external diameters of (13+15+13)=42mm, (19+15+19)=53mm, and (25+15+25)=65mm.
  • Hi

I'm not planning on going to wickes/etc today but have been searching again
Does any of the Wikces/bandq/screwfix/toolstations do any lagging for outside pipes like I wants as I can't see any online
I considering replacing with their standard stuff and thicker outer diameter if possible. Will do this, but Monday when weather is a lot, lot warmer here.

    Thanks

I use the cheap stuff on my condensate pipe, long run about 30 feet, its a North facing wall, lasts about 5 years, then perishes to dust due to UV but its cheap enough to just replace every 5 years.
