Hiya
Our outside taps, front and back, I noted that the insualtion on both is not 100% and looks as though could do with a new lagging.
For whatever reason the previous owners ran about a metre of pipe on the outside wall then the tap/s.
I've looked at three and there is a price difference and all 3 a "rot free."
Which one is the best one and why. I may also consider toolstatio and B&Q as all shops near us.

If you can't help, no worries as when we go out to look when the weather is better from Sunday on I will feel and see which feels the best.

I'd go for the screwfix based on price, they're all the same.
The third is a three pack of number two.1 -
None of that is suitable for outdoors, it will be trashed in no time. You need Armaflex. Better still, save your money, turn the supply to that tap off inside your house and leave the outside tap open all winter.Signature on holiday for two weeks2

Doesn't bylaw pipe have a thicker wall making it more suitable for outdoor use.

If they could I doubt it'd be a big seller. Most people would DIY.
