Okay thanks, I removed that date. I also removed the date where I looked online at the prices, I don't think it helps my case. But I can add it in if it's important.

Other than that is that okay to submit with the rest of the template?

I think 'November' for both is best. Looks ready to sign, date & email.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just had a letter saying that I failed to return the Directions Questionnaire with the CNBC when I definitely returned it via email and had an automated response from them the same day.

Any idea why it would say I haven't returned it?

Should I just print it off and post it to them? I don't suppose I can call anyone and find out what's happened?

Send it again,  check for another auto receipt response by email, adding proof of the original response too

But ensure that you are using the N180 downloaded pdf form, not a scanned paper one

Make sure you are using the DQ email address seen in the defence template thread

Okay I've resubmitted it again using the downloaded PDF form, signed it, then emailed it to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

Hopefully that's sorted it out. Should I send the PDF version to the claimant too?

I would post a copy to the CNBC as well because if they miss your email again you'll get a CCJ. Not worth the risk!

But also get your revenge: please read this message and while your case is quiet this month, do the vital current Public Consultation before it closes:

It's important that the Government hears from people with unfair charges who are facing horrific, scary court claims.

The link shows the two vital points to concentrate on, IMHO:

    - banning 'fee' add-ons completely.

    - making sure a new SINGLE appeals service replaces POPLA and the IAS which are seen as not fully independent and involved in a 'race to the bottom'.

I'll post the form tomorrow too. What a nightmare, I don't like the idea of getting a CCJ when I've done everything they've asked. They've only given me 7 days to get the form to them and the letter was dated the 8th of August. It's really stressing me out.

Don't worry because they'd have to reverse it, fee free, if the CNBC made the mistake of a CCJ in these circumstances. It would be temporary. But complaining about a rogue CCJ is hassle you don't need but to be frank, they are useless at handling emails, hence my suggestion.

Please join us as we discuss the Consultation this month. We need everyone to respond!
