    "There were 3,714 vehicle registrations recorded on the system for the date in question, and this data refers to other vehicles, and there is therefore no requirement for Ocean Parking to share this data as part of the SAR, when this does not contain any of your personal data, as well as being commercially sensitive).  Should the matter go to court, then any data of this nature may be considered on request by the court."
    Perhaps you could send a copy of this to the DPO at Ocean. The ICO thinks it is personal data and you should complain strongly and invite them to reply to the complaint you'll make or cancel. Unless of course you were the named driver and it's not your VRM.

    • "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

    In regards to where I heard this news, word of mouth and across this forum really. Not saying I believe it, I just raised it as a question.
