The one posted at 11.53 of the dead stems I'm thinking could be the original Michalmas Daisy if the emerging leaves go with it but really hard to tell. It;s a bit of a pest at spreading but blooms late which is a bonus and loved by bees in autumn.
I'd be inclined to remove the grass growing around and see in spring if it produces new stems and long pointy leaves. With the grass removed you can decide whether to dig it out or leave it a year.

Yes, there is a Helebore, lovely spring plant.

The spotty leaves is Pulmonaria as Woolsery says, also known as Lungwort (such a horrible name but the herb that was used for lung diseases) - it's just lovely in spring and I call it 'Dolly Mixtures' because the flowers as several colour like the sweets.

You really need to clear around as they look like clumps which is a good sign that they are established plants. If you like them keep them or move them, if you don't give them to a charity.

I don't think there's anything there to worry about, just sort out.
I had to start with nothing and its cost way more than I thought  and now prices have gone silly so it really is worth keeping what you can and rearranging until life gets back to something more normal

Some of the big nurseries like Otter have a sales rack. That's a good place to look for plants because really good reductions in exchange for not getting things looking shop ready.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

viral kindness .....kindness is contageous pass it on

The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well
