I used to go carol sinigng with the Leo's, I really enjoyed that, nothing like wandering round in the cold singing your head off and annoying the neighbours

I'm inside the Everyman cinema in Glasgow (going to see Matilda) and there’s a bunch of school children singing away!  It’d be OK if the cafe of the cinema wasn’t playing music if its own. 

At the dentist I bumped into one ex-neighbour and then came across another at the nearby shops. The west end really is a village.

Afternoon all,

The temp has risen to a balmy -1. Have to go out to pick up DGS and take him over to DS2s. I'm glad his after school art & craft club has finished as it didn't end until 5. DS2 brought us 3 bags of logs earlier, I'd scrabbled about outside reaching into the low log store and brought a pile in before he came, never mind (it warmed me up .

Yes taff my sm delivery was fine, &  thanks for the carols.

DH and I nipped into town to return some library books yesterday, they had a school choir in too, sounded lovely.I miss working at school at this time of year, even though it was a bit frantic   We tried a new coffee shop afterwards, nice but pricey.

I've just recently changed where I shop, from Sainsbury to Aldi and every time I go shopping I'm pleased when I get to the till.
I just finished my weekly shopping and spent £48. That's the lowest I think I've ever spent!

I've still not turned the heating on, although it's definitely chilly still.
