That seems absolutely insane, I was assuming you must have been using a huge amount, but you were barely using anything before. I am with EDF and I wish they were allowing people to take part in the scheme, if they were I would be quids in!CrispyChris said:MattMattMattUK said:

The amount you get paid is wildly affected by your usage in what they call the in day adjustments period. It's a 3 hour window starting 4 hours before the energy shift event. E.g. if the event starts at 5pm try and shift as much of your days energy to 1pm-4pm and this may be where you made your money.CrispyChris said:MattMattMattUK said:

So in the example above the typical use figure of 0.68kWh for the event period became an inflated figure (either accidently or deliberately, due to shifting the use of electricity to the 1pm-4pm adjustment period)
