Hugo App offering £5.47 kWh tomorrow
  • Just read on the EoN Next account that only some of the customers will be invited to take part in the DFS scheme either by text or email. I'll probably not be selected as I'm have low usage and am a single householder. They'll probably invite people with high usage and with a lot of household members.

They might invite based on high usage but won't have any idea on the number of household members.

Don't know how they're selecting people, but I've got an invite from Eon Next, I'm a single householder, and my usage is very low compared to families I know.

British Gas version is called Peak Save but signing up to the service is by invite only by email currently (and you don't seem to be able to request an invite as far as I can see)

Made much more than I expected on Tuesday night, turned off everything except the router and one lamp in the living room, just used the pre-charged laptop for an hour or so, Eon have just sent an email saying I get £8.52 for that, might as well do it next time, it's nearly money for nothing.

What is your average usage in kWh during the reference period that you cut back from?

    Here's the result:
