Anyone had issues moving money from their linked about to their primary pot? I transferred a small sum on Monday morning and it's yet to show on the account. When I contacted them on the chat facility, the answer was there are "some issues" that they're currently working on. I had intended to transfer a larger sum to a booster pot but I'm more inclined to close the account now.

What a shame was enjoying the ladder system. Being totally lazy now... what is the maximum amount you can withdraw in one transaction?
Time to look for another home for my money 🐈
Edit: Another update available (maybe puts laddering back in play?)Just my opinion, no offence 🐈0 -

Just been onto Zopa chat they say you cannot add to a fixed pot anymore, I was able to yesterday but not today they say they have changed their conditions
but some I can
who knows sounds like there making it up as they go0 -
Doesn't really affect me, as I've only got 1p in Zopa currently, but surely they can't just unilaterally change their terms and conditions without providing advance notice, and without even bothering to inform users that they've changed the functionality of their accounts. Possibly their existing T&Cs already give them the right to restrict additional deposits into existing pots?
But I'm struggling to even find a copy of their terms and conditions, either on the website or in the app. The 'Terms of Use' document just seems to cover use of the website etc, rather than how the accounts and pots operate. Does anyone know where their full T&Cs are?0 -
