Anyone had issues moving money from their linked about to their primary pot?  I transferred a small sum on Monday morning and it's yet to show on the account.  When I contacted them on the chat facility, the answer was there are "some issues" that they're currently working on.  I had intended to transfer a larger sum to a booster pot but I'm more inclined to close the account now.

I had a transfer on Monday afternoon that took nearly 2 hours, which was longer than normal. I would check with your Bank to make sure that the payment has successfully left. If it has, it’s easy for them to trace within Faster Payments.

What a shame was enjoying the ladder system.  Being totally lazy now... what is the maximum amount you can withdraw in one transaction?

Time to look for another home for my money 🐈

Edit: Another update available (maybe puts laddering back in play?)
Just my opinion, no offence 🐈

I was able to withdraw £50k in one go a couple of weeks ago. Not sure there is any limit bar what you have in access pots, would not expect there to be one until at least £100k.

Doesn't really affect me, as I've only got 1p in Zopa currently, but surely they can't just unilaterally change their terms and conditions without providing advance notice, and without even bothering to inform users that they've changed the functionality of their accounts. Possibly their existing T&Cs already give them the right to restrict additional deposits into existing pots?

But I'm struggling to even find a copy of their terms and conditions, either on the website or in the app. The 'Terms of Use' document just seems to cover use of the website etc, rather than how the accounts and pots operate. Does anyone know where their full T&Cs are?

It still hasn't arrived and I've had an email this evening to say the problems affecting Nat West are also affecting them.  I've given notice to withdraw everying from my 31 day saver and will then close the account.  The lsmal percentage of extra interest isn't worth the shoddy customer care and their payments don't happen instantly at the best of times.

You can add to a fixed pot but you can no longer add to a fixed pot that is under notice. This is an important distinction.
