  • @trivialgale did you get this resolved? Im expecting to be going a similar route myself with CE for a double dip, also with ring camera images of my car parked on my drive at the time of the alleged parking offence. TIA

If you have that data (camera images), show it to CEL and tell them you will Counterclaim for not less than £600 if they ignore this proof that it's a 'double dip' caused by the usual ANPR flaw of defaulting to 'first in, last out' images in 24 hours.  State that you will rely upon similar successful counterclaims against parking firms and the 'Simon Clay v Civil Enforcement Ltd' case.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi deaster,

Sorry for the slow reply, I've not heard anything for a long while about my case. I check MCOL every now and then but the latest "transaction" on there is "Your defence was received on 04/01/2023".

I've moved house and have updated my details with both  the CCBC/CNBC and the solicitor.

I hope you managed to get your case sorted,

    Atb
