Just wondered if anyone else was have the same experience I have recently. When I click to view a savings account from the Savings homepage I’m getting prompted to log in. This isn’t happening on other areas of the site e.g. forums. Anyone else getting this prompt? I’ve cleared MSE from my cache but it’s not resolved the problem.

Can't reproduce that, which account(s) are you trying to click through to? What login are you being prompted for, the forum one or another?0

From the homepage I click on Banking & Savings and get to the Top Savings Accounts homepage no issue. If I click anything on that page e.g Easy Access section, or Coventry BS offering, I get prompted to log in. The only log in I have is for forums. Very odd. And annoying TBH!0

Can't reproduce it either. Are you sure you are on proper moneysavingexpert.com and not on a fraudster's copied site?1

If I go to https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/ and select the Coventry easy access link, it takes me straight to https://www.coventrybuildingsociety.co.uk/member/product/savings/limited_access/limited-access-saver-online-06.html as expected, with no prompt, other than the one displayed on that page ("Registered for Online Services?", "Log in and apply"). Have you tried other devices or browsers?
Edit: don't know if it's a coincidence but I've just had a couple of error pages thrown while navigating around the forum:Something has gone wrong.
We've run into a problem and are unable to handle this request right now.
Please check back in a little while.0 -
I can't repeat that either, have you tried delete browser search history and cookies ?0

Yes I’ve deleted website history but am still seeing this when I click on any links on the Banking & Savings page.
Edit - to add that I am already logged in to MSE, yet still get this message

Edit - to add that I am already logged in to MSE, yet still get this messageThat looks like a message from a password manager or similar which is on your device, rather than a message from the MSE website.Do you use password managers? Perhaps you've got it set up in/for Safari, but not for Chrome? Hence the different result when you used Chrome.2
