Email them back thanking them for the interest.
Point out that now that you have discovered that a visit to their store comes with a £100 surcharge they are now uncompetitive. You and your family and friends will in future be shopping where your custom is appreciated.

Maybe they will consider it to be their problem when you, your friends and family cease shopping at Sainsbury's.  You should tell them this!

Email Sainsburys CEO by name, and the Store Manager at the store itself (phone up and ask for his/her name and email address).

  • @KeithP @Le_Kirk I alluded to this in my original email stating it was marred my shopping experience and would impact me shopping there in the future. They just said didn’t own the car park and I needed to take it up with Euro car Parks. I guess this is the trouble with huge companies; they don’t care about me and my £10 spend in their stores :(

Maybe they don't own this retail park.  Have you Googled the name of it to find out the agent who does?

Sounds like it's a multi retail outlet site. I don't associate ECP with Sainsbury's. You're probably looking for a site managing agent to whom to direct your complaint.

If this is the case, there's no point barking up the wrong tree and threatening removal of your custom.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
