There is no email address showing from where it was sent which does show when you save/print/download emails.
I really believe they are fictitious emails which never been sent but just don't know how to prove it.
They must be doing it to numerous drivers who think they've not noticed an incoming appeals response email from them but it's a trap from the start.
This is criminal behaviour so I'm curious how they practices don't get investigated.1 -
@Standurground Did the emails provided include the full message headers or just the summaries like they were printed direct from an email program?
The full headers will reveal a lot of information, probably more than you need, but there will be stuff like the sender's email address, server details and the route that the message took across the internet.2 -

I am mindful that it is very easy to create such an email copy in a word doc and fill in all the info and falsify that it was sent but it would not prove that a given email was actually ever created in their system or sent as it lucks info. Why would I not receive their emails if they actually emailed them as I have no blocked email addresses nor would I know what email address it would come from? I checked my junk box so no nothing there either. Also I did receive their automated notifications when I created my online appeal and a second email to chase them for answers to their appeal so it beggars believe that they actual sent those emails.

I have now received LBC from Glastones. Not sure how to respond seeing that I have been the driver yet my dispute is more about the non-existence of the appeal responses from UKCPM and the emails provided to my SARs response do not show where their emails were sent from - I do believe they were never emailed to me however I am aware this was not seen as a valid point to mention or use it in my case due to limitation of proof.
Gladstones given me 30 days (letter was received 10 days from the date it says it was sent ?!) to either pay £170 or dispute the debt. I certainly would like to dispute but as I've exhausted SARs card I would like to write a strong response why I see this as not a ‘debt’ but unfair, unjustified and malicious mafia type of extortion. I have read through many newbie and other related threads but not found a response letter example. Please can someone point me in the right direction to a good example?
Thanks in advance to all good responses!
