Posters on ignore appearing as OP and in threads since yesterday

Good morning
Yesterday I thought I was imagining stuff seeing a thread initiated by an ignored poster. So I double-checked my ignored list
and they were still on ignored.
Then I noted another poster in a thread that is on my ignore lists.
Both of the above posts materilised within the last 24/28 hours.
Thanks

Hi @diystarter7 - thanks for reporting this issue. You'll always see new threads started by users you have ignored (otherwise the whole thread would be hidden from you, including replies) so that's as expected, but there does appear to be a problem with the ignore function at present which we will raise with our software providers and post an update here when there is news.

No, you are the only person who can see who is on your ignore list.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com1

And by the same token, you can't know whose ignore lists you're on.
So one could be talking to oneself, and not realise 🤣How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)2
