Renewable Heat Incentive - add a new property heated by existing heat pump

Hi all, just want to see if anyone knows about how the following proposal would potentially affect ongoing eligibility for RHI payments.
I've got a ground source heat pump with a maximum heat output of at least 22 kW, i.e., about the heftiest domestic model on the market. Even in the current chill I have set the compressor to a max of 50% to maximise efficiency and it's working ok, so theoretically the max heat supply would be well above the current demand.
I have the option to convert a barn for residential use, the barn being right next to the existing house. If converted, the barn would be a separate property (its own address and council tax). The barn conversion could be heated by bolting an underfloor heating loop into the heat pump, and potentially have hot water from the heat pump too.
I can't find any information as to whether bolting a new heat user onto the heat pump would affect eligibility for RHI payments. I can only see that the owner of a heat pump would need to declare a new heat source, not heat user. Any ideas?
